2007 Logbook Winners

SAEN Rewards Anglers for Sending in their Salmon catch Logbooks

Congratulations to this years winner, Darren Wells of Corner Brook for returning his salmon angling log.Darren will receive a graphite custom rod, flies and other items as 1st prize.

Salmon anglers in Newfoundland and Labrador are required to maintain a log of their annual fishing activity. At the end of the season this log must be submitted to DFO who in turn use this data in their salmon management and scientific research efforts. All anglers who returned their logs by the draw date, whether by mail or electronically, were entered into the draw.

SAEN would also like to congratulate Murray Hupman of Port Aux Basques and Michael Organ of St. John's for their efforts as well.

SAEN and DFO wish to congratulate the winners and extend their thanks to all anglers who returned their angling logs.
